2.1. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, fragrance information, available sizes, pricing, and other relevant details before purchasing.

2.2. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors and to address affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

2.3. Fragrance perception is subjective. The way a fragrance develops, projects, or lasts may vary based on skin chemistry, environment, application, and individual perception. Descriptions of fragrance notes and characteristics are intended to help customers understand each composition and are not guarantees of an identical experience for every individual.

3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

3.1. Lucas Fragrance Lab accepts voluntary return requests for unused, unopened products in their original packaging when customers contact us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

3.2. Returned merchandise must be received and inspected before a refund is approved. Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for voluntary change-of-mind returns.

3.3. Due to hygiene and product-safety considerations, opened or used fragrance products generally cannot be returned solely because of personal scent preference or a change of mind.

3.4. A goodwill store credit may be offered at our discretion for certain scent-preference concerns. Such credits are not guaranteed and do not replace any rights customers may have under applicable law.

3.5. Fragrance samples are final sale for changes of mind or scent preferences. Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products are handled separately, including any remedies required by law.

3.6. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs on voluntary returns. When an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise requires a remedy under applicable law, we will provide appropriate assistance and cover costs as required.

4. ORDER CONCERNS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

4.1. If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, is missing, or appears to have been charged in error, please contact info@lucasfragrancelab.com so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

4.2. Customers retain their rights to initiate payment disputes through their payment providers. We encourage customers to contact us first when practical, but doing so is not a requirement for exercising chargeback or statutory rights.

4.3. We reserve the right to provide relevant order documentation, communications, and delivery information to payment processors when responding to payment disputes or suspected fraudulent transactions through lawful procedures.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1. Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, although processing times may vary. Carrier transit times depend on the selected shipping method, destination, and circumstances beyond our direct control.

5.2. Applicable shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout. Shipping promotions, qualifying purchase amounts, and geographic exclusions may change and are subject to the conditions disclosed with each offer.

5.3. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If an address error or delivery problem occurs, we will review the circumstances and available carrier options to determine an appropriate resolution.

5.4. If tracking indicates delivery but a package cannot be located, please contact us promptly. We will review the tracking history, available carrier evidence, and circumstances of the delivery. A delivered tracking scan does not automatically eliminate all possible claims.

5.5. If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any required delay notices, cancellation options, or refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
